ACTION
WHO
Thought & Action is a coaching practice lead by Jenny Eneqvist, a professionally trained and accredited transformative coach and an experienced yoga teacher with a global track record in strategy and creative direction.
WE
WHO WE ARE
We follow the guidelines of the ICF, International Coaching Federation who are one of the most well respected organisations who regulate both coach training providers and the accreditation of coaching professionals.
People in the Western world lack the power of community and human connection, a quality which has never been as important as it is in times of artificial intelligence.
We are confident that a personalised approach and a coaching path carved out in collaboration with our clients will serve on a deeper level than what any data-driven business is able to ever offer them.
Our Director Jenny holds a vision — to make ancient yogic wisdom relevant and exciting to modern restless souls — and to combine her background in brand building with coaching to facilitate positive transformation in people and business.
Change is contant so Jenny believes that “impermanence“ is a concept that we all need to learn how to embrace, and to creatively navigate.
Fuelled by her vast experiences working and living across various cultures, continents and professional roles, she arrived at coaching as a skilled facilitator of change making.
We are here for those who need someone who can meet them at their level; someone who will embrace their personality, cultural difference, complexity, challenges, and experiences like they were their own.
We help clients unleash their true power through inquiry and heightened self-awareness — we enable them to reconnect from their core, and to design a future in alignment with who they truly are.
“If you don’t invest in what you truly love you will never experience a future in which you will thrive.“

OUR VALUES
By mastering our values we can navigate the world with grace and ease, we are proud of our six C’s
Our values inform our thoughts and actions and act as purposeful guidance on how to deal with choice, challenge and opportunity. Once we learn how to express our values we can cultivate genuine connections that truly serve us.
1. Curiosity fuels inquiry and insight — it cultivates intrinsic drive, excitement and energy which we need to edit our personal curriculum and faculty — it teaches us how to master a future as eternal students.

2. Clarity and self-awareness enable us to embrace who we truly are — they help us make the right choices, at the right time and direct an authentic purpose-driven path that maximises our potential.
3. Contrast holds the key to wisdom, peace and balance. As humans we are all uniquely equipped — we celebrate diversity as contrast fuels evolution. Together we hold the power to build bridges between people.
4. Creativity helps us master uncertainty and navigate change to become people who are able to think and do things differently — creativity fuels innovation and holds the power to disrupt the system.
5. Connection cultivates kindness, compassion and union. Once we realise that everything is connected, we can better embrace our humble contribution — it enables us to trust and enjoy the act of co-creation in service of a greater community.

6. Contentment is a state of harmony, compared to pleasure which is only temporary. It enables us to feel a sense of gratitude and inner peace. We can genuinely celebrate other people and their success — it is what allows us to fully enjoy the present!
Whenever you feel passionately upset or genuinely excited, chances are your values are either at play or deeply compromised. This is why we need to learn how to master our thoughts and actions.
OUR PRINCIPLES
10 timeless
yogic principles to guide us
into a graceful
modern life
How can we live in harmony if our inside and outside are misaligned?
Most of our clients grew up in the western world — a place governed by power, desire, pleasure, ego, fame and fortune. These societies offer a multitude of viewpoints but lack guidance on some of the most important subjects in life.
The Yamas and Niyamas are yoga principles that offer a moral compass for how to navigate our inner and outer spaces — we don’t have to agree with them — but they are there for interpretation and to challenge our thoughts, actions and words.
What few know is that the physical asanas was merely a tool to make us more receptive to the act of self-reflection or meditation.

OUR BELIEFS
A–Z
Beliefs are like filters
that transform
the way we experience
the world
Yogic teachings encourages every practitioner to carve out their own set of beliefs‚ there is no fixed “God“ or deity — you are free to choose whatever truly resonnates.
How we look at “truth”, or our reality is subjective and shaped by our personal paradigms, experiences and conditioning. Our beliefs make up our concept of reality and play a big role in defining who we are.
Beliefs are deeply rooted in our unconscious mind and they take great effort to turn around. By sharing our beliefs we expose our inner world and make ourselves available for conversation, inquiry and change. We share them as thought pieces in the hope of provoking inquiry and self-reflection. Read on to see if you think that we might connect?
A
Alignment Lasting change can only take place when we design a future from the inside and out.

B
Balance depends on opposites and contrasts and this is why friction (tapas) is inevitable for self-realization and the cultivation of contentment.

C
Creativity Without self-expression, life lacks spontaneity and joy. Children are born creative, but these skills are often hampered by so called rules, convention or concepts of right and wrong.

D
Diversity feeds curiosity, challenges stagnation and enriches the mind, it fuels conversation and growth.

E
Energy is our most valuable currency, it can take many shapes: money, nutrition, art or love, but genuine drive is cultivated from the inside and out.
F
Fear holds us back in the past and is one of the greatest reasons why we might experience frustration, envy, anxiety or anger in life.
G
Growth is the key concept of living and feeling alive. Growth can not be taught, and to grow we need to learn to let go, observe, reflect and absorbe and accept.
H
Humility is a strength and a sign of maturity that defeats big Ego’s and has the power to silence conflicts.
I
Inquiry is key to finding direction, focus and joy, it accelerates our path towards self-realization and it’s a skill that enhances our ability for insights.
J
Joy is a state of clarity, and the ability to appreciate the present moment without reaching for furtherc pleasures, it’s a state of contentment.
K
Kindness is choosing to acknowledge and celebrate the beauty in others regardless of wether or not they can find it in themselves.
L
Love is a transformative force that enhances life and creation.
M
Meaning is inherent, it is how we interpret, nurture and contextualise purpose which reveals its true value.
N
Non-violence is easier said than done as to control it we need to learn how to control our thoughts, actions, emotions and words.
O
Obstacles are often self-inflicted and disguised resources hidden deep down in our unconcious mind.
P
Power without ability to express and inspire, life might feel like it lacks meaning and purpose.
Q
Quality implies a possibility of options, it can have a great impact on the choices that we make in life.
R
Resilience is fuelled by purpose and direction, it teaches us when it’s important to spring back from and successfully adapt to adversity.
S
Success is a mindset, not an
achievement, without clarity and purpose it’s possibly impossible to achieve.
T
Transformation needs to resonate from the inside and out to have a genuine positive impact.
U
Unity without verity is no better than conspiracy.
V
Vitality (unlike happiness) is the opposite of depression, it’s your life force translated and expressed through you from the inside and out.
W
Wonder is the beginning of wisdom.
X
X (or ex) can be challenging to let go of but once we look at situations honestly we might even cultivate gratitude towards them for the lessons they might have taught us.
Y
Yoga does not change the way we sees things it transforms the person who sees.
Z
Zealous can describe the positive state of excitement fuelled by intrinsic motivation, the energetic state that will pull you out of inertia and fuel action and creation.
