Coaching
how to work with us
How many people do you know who speak about their therapist? Coaching has become a desirable investment that people enjoy to talk about. Why? Possibly because it highlights a willingness to work towards creating the best version of oneself.
The target of coaching is to generate clarity, purpose and a shift in your personal paradigm. It is like a giant reset where we strip everything right back, reconnect inwards and simplify what‘s really going on, here and now, and why.
No.1
Unlike therapy coaching primarily focuses on the now and the future.
No.2
Coaching is upbeat and looks at reality and possibilities (less on problems).
No.3
Unlike a mentor a coach does not provide any answers nor opinions.
No.4
The process of coaching is client lead, supported and collaborative.
No.5
A coach assumes all clients are inherently creative, resourceful and whole.
Coaching is like exercise for the mind, step by step you will cultivate resilience, strength, flexibility and elevate your overall energy levels.
It‘s a process which enables people to access their own answers through a combination of methods that cultivates self-awareness.
So, when regular exercise focuses on our physical bodies, we think of coaching as a modern form of fitness that essentially exercises our minds.
Do you know why coaching is distinctively different from therapy, counselling and mentoring?
Before you decide what you wish to invest in we‘d want to explain a bit more.

transformative coaching connects the client with their authentic self —

coaching
According to experts the living tradition of yoga and it’s ancient ideas on self-study are over 5000 years old with roots in Vedic teachings. What’s fascinating is that a lot of these teachings are still valid for the modern theory of self-realization.
Early coaching ideas were mainly focused on goals, what a client wanted to achieve, and what they were lacking to do so. Back then a coach often took up a role as a mentor with industry specific expertise.
Coaching later evolved into developmental coaching focusing on a clients journey, looking at the self in the now, choosing objectives and profiling your personality.
Today we are concerned with greater “paradigm shifts” that empowers the individual to design their own life. We discover who we wish to be, we create change and shifts so we can move forward.
THE DATA

Numbers

× They also claim the coaching industry is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 7.6%!
Isn't that amazing?

The professional
Role and Responsibility
of the “coach“
When you think of a coach you might imagine someone leading a football team, a personal trainer who “coaches“ clients, or a leadership consultant who advises corporations? That‘s not what we do.
What’s useful to understand is that “coaching”, as in the methodology, is according to International Coaching Federation (ICF) actually the opposite of advisory, instructions or guidance.
A coach is rather a facilitator who acts as a catalyst for change making.
Did you know that in the UK anyone can claim to be a coach, counsellor or psychotherapist with little or no training and be perfectly entitled to do so?
